HOW TO REGISTER FOR A CRAFT FAIR BOOTH

 

***IMPORTANT CHANGE IN BOOTH REGISTRATION PROCESS AND FEES*** 

 

RETURNING AND NEW VENDORS NEED TO REGISTER ONLINE BY GOING TO: www.mohsmusiccraftfairs.com.
 

Applications and Payment will only be accepted through this website. Payment can only be made using Debit or Credit Card. 

Early Bird Registration:  April 2, 2025 to April 30, 2025:
$185 for all booths

Regular Registration: May 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025 
$200 for all booths

Late Registration: October 1, 2025 to space available:

$275 per booth

Cancellation Deadline: November 1, 2025

-When is the deadline to register for the 2025 Craft Fair?

Registration will be accepted until all booths are sold out. To ensure you receive your vendor packet in time, we encourage you to register before October 5, 2025.

-What needs to be submitted for a Complete Application?

A Complete Application includes contact name, business name, G.E. license number, email, phone number, mailing address, a list of products, and your social media information (Facebook, Instagram, vendor website, etc.)  Vendors without social media may submit pictures to craftfair@mohsmusic.com.  Food vendors must also submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the following as additionally insured: Moanalua High School, Moanalua High School Music Booster Association, Hawaii Department of Education and submit to Moanalua High School Music Booster Association (P.O. Box 31045 Honolulu, HI 96820) no later than 1 week before the Winter Craft Fair.

-When will I receive my parking pass?

Parking passes (1 pass per paid booth) will be mailed by US Postal Service to all vendors during the month of October. This delivery method insures the fair distribution of parking passes. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date. Should you move between the time you register and when we mail out the parking passes, please contact us at craftfair@mohsmusic.com with your updated mailing address. The committee will not be responsible if your parking pass is returned and you have no parking pass on the day of the Craft Fair.

-How do booths get assigned?

In order that we may continue our encouragement of handcrafted items, priority will be given to vendors who provide their social media link or pictures of items for sale with their application.  Should these items not be submitted, the full application will not be considered for review and the vendor booth fee may be subject to return.​

@Returning vendors: If you would like another booth assignment, please email craftfair@mohsmusic.com. Requested booths are not guaranteed.

New vendors or Vendors who have not been at the latest Craft Fair will be assigned a booth number based on the next available booth as selected.

-What can be sold at the Craft Fair?

As a review. handcrafted items are highly encouraged. All items sold must be FAMILY FRIENDLY. The Craft Fair Committee reserves the right to ban any items deemed offensive and inappropriate. Items for sale need to fit into one of these categories.

·       Handcrafted items of any material (e.g. wood, metal, glass, resin, cloth, etc)

·       Apparel for Men, Women (all Family Friendly)

·       Fashion Accessories (jewelry, purses, bags, and the like)

·       Children's Apparel, Toys, Accessories

·       Baby's Apparel, Toys, Accessories

·       Pet Items

·       Household and Kitchen

·       Home Decor

·       Stationery and Paper

·       Plants-live and artificial

·       Specialty Photography

·       Pre- packaged, non-perishable Gift food items

·       Seasonal Gift Items

-What happens if vendors sell the same items?

To ensure your craft fair items are unique, it is to your advantage to sell handcrafted, handmade items. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) products are HIGHLY discouraged.  Examples of MLM products are doTerra (essential oils), LulaRoe (clothing), Origami Owl Jewelry, Color Street Nails, and Thirty-one Bags.
